I have no signal at all, I can’t receive or call out, spoke to virgin they sent out a new SIM card and it still doesn’t work. Phoned virgin and they said they are unable to help me any further

It’s a sim only contract

It’s all over the place, no signal wherever I go

Being told they cannot do anything is simply not on.

I'm really sorry to hear of your issues and experience with the team, thats far from the service that we should be providing to any of our customers.

 

Are you able to use your data services and also send and receive messages?

I can send messages but only via text message and data is on but not very good, only 3G

Sorry, I'm a bit confused. The title and original post lead me to believe you had no signal at all, but you say you have 3G.

This then could be a reception issue. Have you got a full postcode for somewhere near you, maybe a shop.?
