I have no signal at all, I can’t receive or call out, spoke to virgin they sent out a new SIM card and it still doesn’t work. Phoned virgin and they said they are unable to help me any further

It’s a sim only contract
It’s all over the place, no signal wherever I go

Sorry, I'm a bit confused. The title and original post lead me to believe you had no signal at all, but you say you have 3G.
This then could be a reception issue. Have you got a full postcode for somewhere near you, maybe a shop.?
