No signal for virgin for two weeks

  • Can any one give me the right email for mobile technical support. They gave me this : mobiletechinvestigations@virginmedia.co.uk.   this did not work I try 8 different emails all don't work . So many people say they don't enjoy Virgin as they just make life hard work . I did have 20mb now I get 568kb/S 3G if lucky . Why is it so bad in a City like Bristol ?
