No service

Hi, I don't have service since I came back from abroad. My phone doesn't connect to the network. I cannot make or receive calls or texts.

Hi Ala2, thanks for the message and welcome to the forums. 

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the service and this is not the experience which we want you to have with us. Can you switch the roaming off and do another network search to see if anything changes?

Does the sim work in an alternative device? ^CW

Hi, I'm back in UK and my roaming is off. Try to connect to other networks but I get network forbidden info or unavailable. It just cannot connect to any of them.

And, no I don't have service on alternative device as well.

Ah I see, would you be able to try an connect to the network around 10 times and it should connect, please let us know if you are still having issues following this as the sim may have become faulty? ^CW
