Hi, I have had no service for the past 3 days now. I’ve tried looking for my issues in my area however I don’t think there is any, it’s just my phone that has a problem. I cant receive calls or text messages or send any myself, I can’t use my mobile data either. Could someone help me with this

Sorry to hear you've been experiencing some issues here. I think after this amount of having no service - the last things we should be doing is delaying this any more, so I am going to pop you over a private message so that I can confirm some details with you.
