I haven't had service since Sunday, on monday i used a friends phone to call customer care, found out my service has been cut off due to exceeding my credit limit, I managed to increase the limit and was told my service will be restored in 10 minutes, its been 5 days. no internet no phone calls no texts. On occassions, I'll see the network bars but it will be emergency calls only. at this point i know it is not my phone that is at fault because it is registering other sim cards.
this is a huge inconvenice and i cant even ask virgin to contact me because there is no way to and sadly the only way to contact them is via call or text which is really rubbish.
