No service in Switzerland

Cannot call uk from Switzerland. I need to call a landline number. 

This is the second time this has happened. See earlier posts from April. 

I have tried all the usual fixes suggested last time with no success. 
please fix asap.

Sorry to hear that you've got the same issue back again when calling the UK from Switzerland. 

What message or tone do you hear when you call the landline number?

Two beeps then the call is ended.

Is it just the one landline number that you're unable to call or does this happen on mobile and other landlines numbers too?

No landline numbers work (3 tried)

No mobile nos. work (2 tried)

data works (for satnav) and I have been charged £20 roaming fees.

texts seem to work as I texted 789922 to update settings. 
Last time this was something to do with the settings at your end.
