Arrived in Guernsey and cannot get any mobile network connection. Phone frequently displays the message "Refreshing SIM data". Settings, connections, mobile networks, network operators is set to Select automatically. If I tap this, it eventually displays a list of networks to choose explicitly but whichever one I choose, I get the message "your SIM card does not allow a connection to this network".
I ensured roaming was enabled before leaving the UK but I can no longer get into that bit of my account settings to double check.

I am really sorry to hear you're facing some roaming issues at the moment. Has the advice provided by @enlli regarding the SIM toolkit helped at all?
