No network signal for over 24 hours

Both mine and my husband don't have a mobile phone signal when we're at home not had it for over 24 hours now. This is becoming more frequent and increasingly frustrating. How can I check if there an issue in our area and why this keeps happening. Obviously we cant text or phone customer support!

Thanks for checking millejm, the network we currently use is managed and maintained by EE who are usually very good at getting out to their masts to resolve issues.

 

How is it currently? Any improvement?
