No network in NL

I have just travelled to Europe for the first time after inserting my SIM update and although I followed all the directions I still have no calling, SMS or data roaming.  Has anyone solved this?

I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues with your phone, just to confirm- did you activate roaming before you left the UK?

It was always activated on the old SIM and it was activated.  Strangely I received an SMS on Eurostar when in France but not in Belgium or Netherlands.  And now as if by magic it started working 30 minutes ago.  So all fine currently.  best, p
