No mobile signal

Hi I have absolutely no network at all. It's just a 'no entry' sign. I can't call customer care or text them because they won't work. I can only use my phone on WiFi. Need help please ๐Ÿ˜Š I haven't travelled anywhere recently and this has slowly got worse over the last week. And I can't manually check for a network ๐Ÿ˜‘
