No mobile signal since 02 deal

Hi, 

I never had no mobile signal at home S43 4UY until O2 deal. Now I can't get a signal at home on ground floor and only an unreliable, poor one upstairs. It's incredibly hard to check coverage and outages on Virgin or O2, ie poor service to check on poor service!

Am on a SIM only deal and thinking if leaving Virgin completely (for broadband too).

VM Mobile Network is either provided by EE or Vodafone, nothing to do with o2

So you need to check either EE's status checker or Vodafone's.... As could be on the mast's down at the M1 Junction or the mast in Clowne that is FUBAR'd

Virgin don't use O2. However, they are moving off EE onto Vodafone for the next few years. This has likely happened to you

I've checked your area on Vodafone and the results are shown below.
