Having arrived in Majorca I have no service, signal or data. I’ve switched roaming on, tried manual network selection but still nothing.
Was roaming activated on your account before leaving the UK, and did you get a welcome to spain message on arrival?
No idea if it was activated. I thought that was standard with everybody as Europe is a regular visit for most people. No message on arrival.
Has to be activated on account, preferably before leaving. Maybe that's why you didn't get the message. Can take 24 hours after activation on account to reach your local networks. I think movistar is one that works in Spain.
What do I do to authorise roaming?
