I’ve been advised that my number port is due today and it appears to have gone through and is working ok on outgoing calls but I am unable to receive any calls or texts. Please help!!!

No not yet. Wasn’t too sure what happens and whether I would be notified on completion. Am I just a bit too eager???🥴
Yes you will get a notification once the port has been completed, I have found and seen here that normally the outgoing is the first to go over, I would hang on until you receive the notification.
I will give it more time and await the message before trying to speak to customer service. 🙏🏻
