No details on phone delivery

Started a new contract with virgin mobile and I’m due for it to be delivered today but I haven’t received any details about this. Struggling on who’s best to talk to to get this sorted as my account isn’t showing anything either

I’ve been checking my normal inbox and junk but I don’t have anything. I’m struggling to get an answer from anyone about when it’s coming
