I have or are suppose to have un Ltd data but ever since I paid my last bill I've not been able to use it ! I have checked my allowance, it says its un Ltd . I've tried turning my phone off & back on still no data. WHY ?
Make sure that you have not disabled data and there are no outstanding issues with your account. Apart from that, you may want to re-set your network settings and insert APN settings again before re-booting the phone.
