I have no data although should all be set up. Currently in Italy. Can't log into my account as it needs a mobile connection not wi fi.

Have you got this sorted? If not I would recommend calling 789 and speaking to them as there is no easy way for me to explain why it’s not working. I’m right in thinking you are still able to make and receive calls?
