Hello,

I am trying to receive data on my phone in Germany. I can receive texts and calls but no data.

I have followed all the advice to reset the network settings several times with no success. 

I have also tried the phone number 447953967967 but only get a fax noise when answered. I have also tried 789 but when I select an option I am told this option is not available.

Please could somebody help me.

SOLVED

I used Facetime after finding a WiFi hot spot to make the call to customer service where my data part of data roaming was turned on
