No cellular signal in Italy

Hi, Hoping someone can direct me.
we have two mobile accounts with virgin and travelling to Italy one can access cellular and the other cannot. I have tried to access the account but the two are not connected and I cannot register the second phone (i thought it was registered but the logion details only open the one number not both).

Does anyone know how to contact Virgin mobile from abroad I cannot find any guidance on their website.

So frustrating good job one phone is working.
