No calls

I am in France and my phone has data but i cant make any phone calls back to UK. I have checked the settings an roaming is switched on and also international call bar is turnd off but still i can't make any calls to UK.

Just a check you have tried with adding +44 and removed leading 0.

ie: 07533016422 would be +447533016422

Yes I have tried both

With or Without 0044 and without 0 but still no luck

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community.

 

I'm sorry to hear you haven't been able to make calls back to the UK from your phone and I can appreciate you're keen to get this resolved.

 

Are you able to receive calls and send/receive texts at all? 

Have you tried rebooting the handset and doing a manual network search?

Also please make sure you have international call barring turned off.
