No apps working while on a call

When I am making a call I can no longer gain access in to any of my apps. They open but do not load as if there is no mobile data available. Is there a fix for this?

I am sorry to hear you are having issues accessing your apps when using the phone.

The application themselves should launch even when using the phone so can you please advise if it is the case they don't load the content or just don't open at all.

Ok so I have narrowed down the problem

i am using a iPhone 13 pro max 256gb

i discovered yesterday that when I’m using my handset to take a call that I can access apps and search engines with no problems at all.

however when I’m using a Bluetooth headset (Jlab air buds) apps and search engines will not load. I can open the apps and engines but nothing happens until I end the call, that’s when they eventually load.

Does the same thing happen when connected to other bluetooth devices? Does the same thing occur with different earbuds?
