No Mobile data

On our wavelength

My mobile data has stopped working .....it has been working before and is still showing blue ,but won't work even when I try manually?..Can anyone help...

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your mobile data at the moment, have you tried to reboot your handset to see if that helps to resolve the issue?

What happens, when you try manually?

 

it has been working before and is still showing blue

Do you mean that the mobile data icon is active on your device controls?
