No Access to Mobile Data After Porting Number

Recieved my Virgin SIM a few days ago, mobile data didn't work so I fixed the APN settings and it worked fine. My old phone number got ported over as of midnight last night, and my mobile data is again inaccessible. I've tried the APN settings again but it's not working now. What else can I try?

Sorry to hear you've encountered this problem.

 

To help us establish what may be causing this can you confirm the make/model of handset you're using?

Have you double checked the other settings on the handset are correct for mobile data to work?
