New to Virgin Mobile

I’m new to Virgin Mobile but the website crashed while I was ordering my new pay monthly contract, I’ve received a selection of paperwork and made sure I’ve consented to everything but I can’t log onto my account and I have now idea when my new phone is coming. 🤷🏻‍♂️
