New sim not working

This is the second new sim I have received and my phone is still not working. I’ve tried rebooting but no joy. I have had no phone service for 2 weeks now except wifi calling at home.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your new SIM. Can I confirm if you have activated this yet? You can follow the steps here to help you active or troubleshoot the SIM. Please let us know if this has not worked and you are still unable to use your phone after following these steps.
