New sim not arrived - no network coverage at all

I had a text and email from Virgin on the 4/10 to say a new sim was being sent to me, I assume because of network changes. 
I have not yet received the new sim and received a text yesterday to say I had 7 days to change over my sim. Today it seems my network has been completely cut off. I need to receive the new sim urgently as right now I can’t use my phone…

Hello ZB9, thanks for posting on our help forum today.

Sorry to hear of the new SIM not received and that your older SIM stopped working, we do send these via Royal Mail usually however if posted back on 4/10 you should have it delivered by now. It's also odd that your old SIM stopped working before the 7 days time we advised.
