New sim, no data or tethering internet

I have new 4G sim but no data connection. 

Have tried to enter new APN but when MNC is set to 30 it says APN settings not available for this user.

I have rebooted many times and even reset phone but no success.

Please help

The settings are at the top of this page and MNC is 38
30 will not save

I have set APN as:

Name — Virgin Media Mobile Internet

APN — goto.virginmobile.co.uk

Proxy — Not Set

Port — Not Set

Username — user

Password — Not Set

Server — Not Set

 

MMSC — http://mms.virginmobile.co.uk:8002

MMS proxy — 193.030.166.002

MMS port — 8080

MCC — 234

MNC — 38

Authentication type — PAP

APN type — internet + mms

I then re-booted but still have no data. What should I do now?

Try adding a new APN with the exact settings as these, remember to save and select it

Name: WEB
APN: goto.virginmobile.uk
MMSC: http://mms.virginmobile.co.uk:8002
MMS proxy: 193.30.166.2
MMS port: 8080
MCC: 234
MNC: 38
Authentication type: CHAP
APN type: *
APN Protocol: IPv4
APN Roaming Protocol: IPv4
Leave all other options blank/Not set
