Yeh, another one, replaced the sim yesterday and now have problems 🙂
My own phone now says it doesn't know my own phone number (under SIM details) - but it does pick up and make calls / texts - it's just the mobile data that is problematic. I also did get the text after replacing the sim saying "yay, your new sim is ready, throw away your old one" (or words to that effect)
I wonder if this is because I'm on a PAYG tariff (BIG DATA)? It has in the past said that tariff is restricted to 3G only, though i have tried connecting to virgin under both 3G and 4G and it makes no difference - no worky
The phone is a moto e5 so new enough for it not to be the issue
Any ideas?
