Eventually got a new sim card after weeks of waiting only to find it didn't work and I could only use phone for emergency calls.
somebody on here resolved the issue for me and it worked for a few days but has now stopped working again! Not happy with the poor service I have received from your call centre, I am not wasting any more time ringing them and will be switching provider if this is not resolved quickly. Have been without a phone for around six weeks now.
