New sim card not working again!

Eventually got a new sim card after weeks of waiting only to find it didn't work and I could only use phone for emergency calls.

somebody on here resolved the issue for me and it worked for a few days but has now stopped working again!  Not happy with the poor service I have received from your call centre, I am not wasting any more time ringing them and will be switching provider if this is not resolved quickly. Have been without a phone for around six weeks now.

I'm really sorry that the issues have returned for you, are you able to do anything other than call with your handset text or use mobile data?

 

Do you have signal in your area?

 

Are you able to try the sim in a different handset?

I can't get a signal anywhere, home, work etc.  Sim card tried in another phone doesn't work.
