New sim and no service

I had issues with my virgin phone keep switching to EE, I then lost all service and called for a new sim however there’s still no service on my phone and haven’t had service for a week now

Sorry to hear of your mobile issues. Have you received the replacement SIM you mentioned?

Yes, I put the replacement sim in and it said it was activated but there’s no service

Do you get any error code when inserting the sim? Have you tried the following link to see if it helps https://www.virginmedia.com/help/mobile/activate-virgin-mobile-sim ? Have you also tried using the sim in alternative devices?

Thanks for the response 

I did not receive an error message, I got a message saying my new sim is up and running and it does not work in other devices 

Just to clarify, were you asked to enter a pin into the device as seenhere https://www.virginmedia.com/help/mobile/activate-virgin-mobile-sim

I was never asked to enter a sim in no. 

Are you able to confirm what device you are entering the sim into?
