I have received an email this morning stating my order is on its way with a new SIM card, however I did not order a new one.

it also states it’s important to set this up within 14 days, im currently out of the country until the end of October so I will not be able to do this.

is there a reason a new sim is being sent?

Hi @Anteades thanks for your post here and I'm sorry to hear of your concerns.

This is happening to all customers that are permanently roaming, in order to migrate your network over to O2 as this can't be done remotely due to your location abroad.

We can't reissue a new SIM for these instances, but is it possible for a friend or family member to get the new SIM Card at your address, and post this to you for activation?
