So, I ordered the XR on the 1st, waited for the email to confirm, which came on the 2nd as there was apparent issues. Clicked the link and was approved the 2nd, with the email saying that my order would be delivered the 3rd.
Waited in all day yesterday, with ringing Yodel and Virgin to then be told at 6pm that my order had been sent back to Virgin as THEY made a mistake, it would be then here on the Saturday (5th Jan)
Now I am being told that I have to wait a further 3-5 working days for it to be redelivered - for YOUR incompetence!!!
I'm extremely disgusted in the lack of customer service, the fact that through YOUR companies mistake, I have now been told I have to wait yet another week?
