New customer, number port has left me unable to receive calls or texts

I've just switched over to Virgin mobile on the weekend, I've ported my old phone number over (Which completed today) and while I can make outgoing calls and texts which shows my ported number, I can't receive calls or texts. Calls just go instantly dead from the callers end and my phone doesn't ring, texts just never come through

Come on forum team throw me a bone, others are getting replies and I'm 2 days without being able to receive calls now..
