Ayisha_B asked me to start a new thread.
@Libby11 posted yesterday. I lost my mobile (under Virgin contract). Ordered new phone and requested to keep same number. Phone and Sim arrived, but is different number. Yesterday Customer Services informed me that I can only keep my original number by changing provider.
Is this something you can help with?
