New SIM

Hi

I have just received an e-mail from Virgin to say that the new SIM I ordered is on it's way.

I did not order a new SIM and have no idea why I would need a new SIM. Is this genuine and why are Virgin doing this?

It's connected to the move away from Virgin Mobile using the EE radio network to using the Vodafone radio network
