I'm trying to help my elderly mother with her SIM swap. She has an old Nokia, I think it might be a Nokia 2220.
She has tried the code supplied but it just says "code error" when she enters it. She has contacted Virgin Customer Support but struggled to make any progress. I have tried on chat but got cut off.
Please can someone from Virgin help me sort this out.
There is a specific method to enter unlock codes. If the code supplied is correct then this should work
Remove SIM cardType in #pw+CODE+7#.If +7# does not work use +1#
1. To show p in the phones display - just press * three times within two seconds.
2. To show w in the phones display - just press * four times within two seconds.
3. To show + in the phones display - just press * twice within two seconds.
