I ordered 2 new SIM cards for myself and my better half on the 29/05/2019 and then re-ordered them again on the 6/6/2019 has they had failed to arrive.
They have only arrived today 17/06/2019 yet I was billed for the SIMs on the 29/05/2019.
As I have already paid in advance is there any way that I could be credited for the 19 days that they took to arrive?

I can certainly have a look into this and see if any credits can be applied to cover the time it took to arrive.

Sorry to bother you again but I've made a bit of a boo boo!
I thought we had 30 days from when the SIMs arrive to activate them, but I'm guessing it was 30 days from the dispatch date as I've just popped a SIM in my phone and it showing emergency calls only!
Any help with this is appreciated.
