Hi. Good morning. My new SIM was activated yesterday and number ported over. However I am unable to receive calls and texts. I can make calls and send texts and have data. I have tried the SIM in another phone and it is the same issue. I have done everything to try to fix this including one of your agents who said he rebooted my SIM yesterday. Thank you.
