So having just received Virgin's change your sim in the next 7 days or else letter I follow the instructions:
1. Backup Phone (done that OK)
2. Text SWITCH to 789225 to find out the date your new SIM will activate (usually next working day)............Did that last night (Monday) at 20:20 and receive
"OK we've received your request to switch your number. When we've got that planned in, we'll send you a quick text to confirm."
Its now 19:05 Tuesday and still no reply from Virgin!!!........Virgin tell me I won't be able to make calls after 7 days. So are they gonna bother to respond?
Really sorry that your SIM hasn't activated like it should, this isn't good.
