New SIM I did not order

I have just received a new SIM card I have not ordered.  According to the order number it was placed at 23.18 by customer service ( phone ) on the 1/10/21.  Certainly not by me. 

I have tried contacting through the normal channels without any success. 

Can you help please.

Does the sim card look the same as the current one you have 

Have you received any Sms Messages prior to receiving this Sim?

The SIM looks the same.

I don't actually use the SIM in any device,  really unwanted but was given as part of the new bundle contract. So any text messages would not be received. 

I guess it is possible that you have upgraded and included 5G as a free uplift.  Or it is part of your mobile supplier change. Either way I have had no email notification of any order. 

I am concerned as Virgin Mobile made a complete mess of the original SIM order and mixed my name/address personal details  with another customer,  just checking this is not a repeat.

99% sure though it will be part of our Network upgrades

As expected the new sim was part of our Sim upgrade to 5G
