Can someone help please? Its been a nightmare for start to finish.
Also, when did you stop sending headphones with Mobiles and a totally useless, out of the box "lightening" cable???
Thanks

All new Apple phones come with a charging cable and that is it. Nothing to do with Virgin.
Samsung have just gone down the same route.
Does your old SIM still work?

Usually upgrades use the old SIM unless there is a reason like moving to 5G.
If that is the case you need to contact them or wait (maybe a while) for one of the team to get to you here.

Still cant call out or text with either SIM. Sending whole thing back. Waste of Time.
