*Details direct from my account overview

I'm eligible for a new phone but I have been told I can't keep my plan even though it is effective until 31st 2099.

Was I missold my contract?

Virgin... Can you comment because I was told I could keep my plan when I called but I'd never get a new phone? They were quite happy to let me get a phone from someone else

We're sorry to hear you feel that was the case Tonyape. I can assure you were never wish for our customers to feel that way.

We do hope you consider staying with ourselves.

If you don't want your customers to feel this way

DO something about it..!!

Don't offer your customers something which is supposed to last until Dec 2099 (I have screenshot my Virgin Media page which still says ''Until Dec'99) then decide ...

...Erm we'll change that and do it in a way that the customer can't do anything about it.

What was your action plan to tell the customers...?? That deal we promised you... ah well it was a lie

I may consider staying with you when I actually see some customer service and action.

Because in Customer Service terms I am Most Dissatisfied

The removal of rolling monthly contracts was a business decision and so I am unable to amend that for you.

I can certainly appreciate your frustration.

What I will do is private message you so we can discuss this further.
