I have an iPhone 6. Had it for over 2 years on Tesco mobile no problems at all. Saw a great SIM only pay monthly deal on Virgin and got it.
Tesco gave me the PAC and arranged for phone to be unlocked.
Put the new Virgin SIM in and it’s been a nightmare. At least 3/4 times a day I get a message saying SIM not recognised and I have to do a reboot to get it to work again until I get the same message.
Data only works for Whatsapp - no other data works. So no internet, no apps or google maps etc. No point in having such a good data deal if I can’t use it!!!!
Sometimes when I’m talking on the phone it cuts out and shows SIM not supported.
Customer services are no good and just follow a script telling me to reboot.
Anyone on here from Virgin technical that can help as I’m going to cancel the deal.

Is this the message you see? if so it sounds like the unlock process may not have been 100% successful
