Since yesterday about 1pm my mobile Internet has gone from 5g/4g to h+ and its really slow when it jumps to 4g it crashes the connection and I have to switch between airplane mode to get it back to h+ 

From this morning it's sometimes says emergency calls only but I can make a phone call and it goes back to virgin

I have attempted to locate your account to look into this but have been unsuccessful. 

Have you been able to check the status checker provided by enlli?

Yeah I've checked services and everything is good
