Network issues

Can't receive incoming calls ongoing problem for over a week. And the worst part when I make outgoing calls the receiver can't hear me clearly line fuzzy and breaks up! So much disruption  Can't even talk to friends and family during this lockdown!! 

Please resolve problem quickly
