My mobile phone signal is very poor in my house. When checking coverage it says it’s good but it is so poor that my phone always cuts off. Is there anything I can do to help this or do I just simply change networks?!

Have a look at the OFCOM checker. 

You will have to use EE but take into consideration that Virgin have no 800MHz 4G which works better indoors.

Also, if there is a problem with calls, these go over 3G on Virgin so switch 4G off.

Thank you. I used the Ofcom checker, but Virgin doesn’t show up at all? I don’t quite understand when you said I’ll have to use EE? Does my Virgin use the EE when Virgin isn’t available? 
I have turned my 4G off so will see if this helps.

Virgin don't have a network of masts. They presently get their signal from EE
