Network coverage disappeared

Hi there, my phone has lost network coverage for calls and 4G. This has been the case all day. I've checked the network coverage and it should be excellent. I've restarted my phone and reinserted my sim. What should I do? Thanks!

When you say you checked network coverage did you use the Status Checker

I did it through virgin's link itself, but actually if I do it through this link, it says there's a problem with this location and they're aware of it...so guess I wait! Thanks for your help

Yep. EE run the network so more up to date.
