Hi. I tried the autobot but that did not answer my query. I need to order a new Nano sim for my Mum’s new mobile as her old sim is too big. How do I go about doing this? Thanks

How old is her SIM? All Virgin SIM cards in the last 6 years at least are of the multi push out type. 

Have a look at it under light and you should see score lines.

If you see a purple band it is definitely one of the push out type
