Hi @Victoriajeen,

Welcome to our community forums and thank you for your first post.

Sorry to hear you have been having an issue with your sim rebooting. We can understand the frustration caused and we want to best help.

How long has this issue been ongoing? Do you get an error message before the reboot takes place? Also what device are you currently using?

Thanks,

Hi I'm using a Samsung A52s 5g it's only been happening the last two weeks no I don't get an error page it's just at the bottom of the screen and refreshes the page I'm on

Thank you for your response @Victoriajeen.

Just to clarify, is it your mobile data that keeps refreshing or the sim card?

Thanks,

I think it's the sim as all its says is sim refreshing at the bottom of the screen

In this case, please try the following:
-Manual network search and choose any other network except Virgin or EE e.g., O2, Vodafone etc. (will tell you unable to connect or show no service)

-Switch handset to 2G only. This can usually be found by going to the "settings" option within the menu of your phone

-Then manually search again and choose Virgin

-Then set back to 4G
