Phone service has been barred, I’ve since payed in funds to the account, but still not working

Hi Linhay, sorry to hear you are having issues with your phone service. 

It may just be taking time to process on to the system so your service is restored. This can sometimes take 24 hours. You can check your Mobile account here.

When did you make the payment? Did the payment cover all outstanding arrears on the account?

We can certainly check the account for you if needed- we would just need to send you a PM to confirm a few details first.
